Join us as we welcome Beth Pollari of One Tree Wellness for a relaxing sound bath with guided meditation.
What to Expect:
"Immerse yourself in the harmonious tones of seven singing bowls and the deep, resonant sounds of a monochord. These will be accompanied by a guided meditation. This unique experience is designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and bring a sense of peace and balance. It’s the perfect way to unwind and reconnect with yourself" The session will be about 60 minutes.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat or other mat for the floor (we will have chairs for those who prefer to remain seated rather than laying down)
Pillow and/or blanket for comfort and warmth, if desired

From Certified Yoga instructor Christy Catsos: "In this hour long class, you can expect to move through a series of yoga poses while connecting breath and movement, and gently building strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels including beginners. Variations will be offered to make the practice accessible to all. Please bring your own mat and any other props you may want such as blocks, blanket, or bolster. Please dress comfortably to your preferences. There are bathrooms with room for changing. Please plan to arrive a few minutes before class begins and plan to stay for the whole hour."
This class is being hosted in a large wide open space with high ceilings and beautiful natural light from stained glass windows around the room. We have limited the class size to 20 participants to allow attendees ample room to spread out and be comfortable. There are several bathrooms available to change in, if desired. There will be comfortable chairs available for sitting, as needed. A drinking water / tea station will be provided.
Attendees should register ahead of time.
A drum circle is a gathering where people come together to play drums and other percussion instruments collectively, focusing on creating rhythm and sharing a communal experience through drumming, often welcoming participants of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players; the main goal is to connect with each other through shared rhythm and beat, rather than melody or song.
A limited amount of drums will be provided first-come-first-served, or feel free to bring your own.
